Priority, Xpresspost, Expedited and most US/international services use 5,000 cm³/kg. Regular Parcel uses 6,000 cm³/kg.
Why the service choice changes the result
A smaller divisor produces a larger volumetric result for the same carton. Select the service family before comparing the result with actual weight.
